Letshelp.us is committed to respecting the privacy of all of our users.

We collect no personal or identifiable information about you without your knowledge. We will not give out your information or sell it to others. Further, we will not send you junk mail either. The only things we email you will be things you explicitly ask for (like site support), email alerts from the sites you own/coordinate/volunteer at, or notifications about site status.

A portion of your Let's Help web pages may, at times, be used to make announcements of features, solicit feedback, and/or to make note of upcoming payment deadlines.

Let's Help site administrators will never ask you for your password.

Search: Let's Help offers a search function on its main pages in order to facilitate the finding of Let's Help sites dealing with specific issues or information. This search feature only functions within the public portion of your Let's Help site. All information posted in the private sections (the majority of your site) is excluded from the search feature.

Name: When registering for a Let's Help membership, you will be prompted for your name. While there is no restriction on what name you enter into this field, it is advisable to use your real name to help coordinators identify volunteers.

Email Address: Your email address is, typically, your login name as well. Your email address is used solely for login and communication within the Let's Help site(s) where you volunteer.

Phone Numbers: All phone numbers are collected solely as a means of facilitating communication between site coordinators and volunteers. Site coordinators have access to all phone numbers that have been entered into volunteer profiles.

Site owners are expected to provide accurate personal identification, address and billing information where applicable. This information will be used solely for business transactions. No user information will ever be sold to third parties.

Letshelp.us administrators will occasionally browse through the various Let's Help sites in order to identify, monitor and/or correct program operations.

Exception:
One exception to this policy is that we will release specific information about you or your account to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order.
